The CF Spoon cover looks 10x better. At least you're saving a tiny bit of weight.

Performance wise, ofcourse there are no gains. That's why it is called engine dress up.

 

I'd take the Spoon, I think.
I just have the brushed aluminum one from Spugen!

 

I'm with everyone else on this one [and I hate Spoon stuff, because of the poor quality].

IMO, the Carbon Kevlar cover looks like a "racing part," whereas the ARC looks like a "bling part."

You can also get more Carbon Kevlar pieces to match. I'm working on that, myself. So far, Ive found a CK engine heatshield, radiator cooling cover, and crossmember cover to go with it.
