Last night I was crusing at 75mph heading I-90 West coming from Boston.
I was heading my home Albany.
And then this rabbit suddenly ran in front of me, and I guess I was too panic and turn the steering wheel too fast.
I over corrected first oversteer which caused to hit the guard-rail front and rear.
Fortunatly my gf and I walked out and we were not hurt at all.
I feel so stupid that I should have just ran over the rabbit.

Do you guys think my car is totalled?
I just cant believe what happened to my car....

OUCH! That is terrible!

Glad you are allright, I am sorry but it looks like the car is in terrible shape. It is a high likelyhood that the insurance company will want to fix it. Try to fight them. It won't ever be the same as a new one.

OUCH !!!!!!!

Glad you are OK man... Is painful to look at, DAMN!!!

I learned a long time ago that if something that was not Human got in front of me as I was driving, it was just going to be ran over. I have seen too many accidents where people have been even killed all because a dog, cat, rabbit, etc. Makes no sense but is instinct to try to avoid things like that...

I hope all works out for ya' man...

BA...

Sorry to hear about this. I was just looking at your sig last night thinking how cool your car was and laughing because we've had a ML320 before and it WAS the worst car ever. Glad to hear your ok. If the insurance says anything other than 'it's totalled', fight them for a new one.

Sorry to see this. Glad you're okay. Most likely, as other have already said, the insurance will want to fix it. Fight it.

On a vulture side note, dibs on the motor and tranny.
