TR-S2k so your saying i don't need to take traffic school then?Already went to court and paid like 80 something for the ticket
I had speeding ticket (Nevada patrol aircraft clocked my speed then I got stopped by Nevada patrol car) long time ago, that Nevada police told me at that time that if I paid the fine BEFORE the court date, Nevada will NOT report to California DMV. If they do not receive the fine by due date, they WILL report to CA DMV and issue arrest warrant. I apid that tickect as soon as I got home.

Which court did you go to ? Nevada or California ? If you went to Nevada court and paid the fine, then that it, no traffic school and record in your file in CA. If you went to CA court after CA DMV had report from Nevada, then you will need to go to traffic school to remove that violation from your record.

Er, btw, not crapping on your story, as clearly you were much more illegal than I was, I was just helping to support your story with the nonbelievers.. these things do happen, they don't have to hual you to jail. Hell, in Washington, speeding period is considered reckless.. there is no magic "20 over" like people say...

Then you are okay. You do not need to go to traffic school. Nevada will not report to CA DMV after they got the fine paod on time.

Next time, watch out for patrol aircrafts when you are in Nevada. Specially when you see white markers on I-15 that are seperated by 1 mile each, these white markers are used by police aircrafts to time your speed.
