I know when you spin your tires, you're losing traction hence losing speed (few tenth of sec)...But is it true that when the tires spin during heavy launch...it's puts less wears/strain on the tranny simply because the power/torqe is transmitted through spinning rather than on the diffrentials. Any body confirm on this???
