First, Lucid is one of my favorite vendors. He vastly improved my S2000's sound and he provided service beyond belief. Thank you, James.

Second, I think sponsors provide valuable support to our site and deserve FAIR treatment. Perhaps, when someone complains about a sponsor, some moderator could pm, email or phone a sponsor and let them know a problem is brewing.

Third, I think 4IGS2000 has it right. Guys like Lucid have a business opportunity because of the synergy of on line boards. Without the honesty, that opportunity will become suspect and will be less valuable all around.

That's all I was trying to say with my snippy comment above.
