I know this is a broad question, but how can you go about seeking sponsorship or features in magazines for your S2K?

Does anyone here have publicizing experience with their S?

 

You'll need enter into car shows and car meets to meet get exposure and meet people in the industry.

 

the easiest way to do this is to send professional pics of your car to all the car magz out there and a really nice letter or vid of you and why you think your car should be in their magazine. It's always good to talk about the history of their mag and how your car can bring them readers. jm2c

 

the best way to get exposures is going to alot of events, big and small, and meeting people in the industry. thats how i got a couple cars for features

 

All the Honda Tuning features have some kind of story associated with the vehicle, like how it started as a beater hatch until the owner made of series of trades and ended up with an NSX (didn't happen like that, just an example).

 

It works out even better if you documented your build with descriptions about problems you've run across due to special customization and how you overcame that. Time line pictures of the build is always a plus.

Again, though, the number one way is exposure through car shows and meets.
