10HP? Is prob pushing it, 5HP is more realistic gain.

You don't have to cut hood with the Spoon airduct, however it's a tight fit so you will probably find that you'll have to drop the hood from hogher up in order to make it close properly. And you will have to cut (or completly remove) the airguide but it's only plastic so it's easy.

uh no....you crazy.

test pipes alone have shown 5whp gains. i gained 8rwhp from just spoon n1 exhuast.

with kn filter, test pipe, vfac tune, expect 15-20rwhp depending on the tune.

with a good VAFC tune, i don't see why you wouldn't see #s above 10hp.

If you're running a 00/01, you should get 10 hp MINIMUM from a VAFC.

The Spoon snorkel looks rather thin where it goes over the radiator. Has anyone measured this compared to the square inlet on the stock airbox to see if it may cause a restriction?

This has been debated before. Find the thread on the guy who claimed to solve the heat bog by adding the extra pipe to go from the airbox to the hole in the fender. Supposedly, even the thinner opening would not cause any loss or gain worth mentioning. The only advantage to the snorkel is the helping with heat bog from a stop.
