Default spoon bushings

I've got everything apart on my car and my mechanic and now we are ready to put the bushings from spoon in. We opened up the box and noticed there are no diagrams or labeling as to which bushing goes where. I have tried to search on this forum and on the internet and come up with nothing. Does anyone have any diagrams or a way to relate which bushing goes where outside of just removing the existing bushing and finding the best one which works (which we both don't really like the idea of too much).

what bushings did you get? I need to replace the rear bushings of my front lower control arms, but I can't find any information on what bushings the spoon's replace...
