hey guys. i have a used spoon exhaust and was wondering about the resonator part. when i shook it around before installing it, it had a loose sound inside like little pieces of stuff. i tried to shake it out to see if anything would fall out but nothing came out. any idea's of what it would be? or any way of fixing it?

It would appear that some of the packing inside has become dislodged. It won't likely fall out because it's outside of the piping that goes through the cannister. It probably won't make much difference on the car and I doubt you will hear it once it's on.

 

it will made some of noise though if the packing material is lose, but wouldn't hurt any performace, maybe it help
