Spoon Exhaust Rattle!
I just recently installed a Spoon N1 exhaust on my MY00 and there is a small yet annoying rattle/vibration coming from the middle of the piping between the catalytic converter and the resonator. I have tried fiddling with the hangers, changing gaskets, and tightening the bolts. The vibration only occurs at 3500 RPMs and is faint to mild in loudness. Anyone have the same problem or might know what is causing this??

I have SAME prob with mine!
if you tap on piping it sounds like there is a dime tinging in there.
I was told its the screen mesh on inside of the resinator or muffler that probably came unattached...only way to fix it is cut open and reweld...Something i wont do.
Sorry i cant help any further.. I'm just going to live with it, til i buy a bigger single exit
