Doesn't seem too much different than the AP2 motor specs or am I missing something here? In which case why not just get a AP2 crank, etc and save $$$?

Since it has same bore and stroke as the F22C, is it safe to rev the spoon 2.2 stroker to 9000rpm. If so, why??
Well, it makes it's max power at 7800 whereas the f20c makes it at 8300 so why would you rev to 9k? I do not know the powerband of the s2000 so I am asking as a n00b. Does it continue to make power after 8300 or does it drop?
