its a decal or aluminum decal, as are J's Racing, Mugen, and i think just about all the JDM's

My Skunk 2 came the same way, in two pieces. They leave the "sticker" off so you can align it to your personal taste.

should have just gotten a cheap oem replacement, a sticker and saved yourself a couple bucks.

Wait: you did get this sent straight from Japan, right? There was a batch of US-market Spoon stickers that lacked the special speed-enhancing adhesive, which just shows that it's always worth the extra money to get your serious go-fast equipment directly from the people who invented the automobile, the Japanese.
