Default Spoon test pipe

I ordered my Spoon exhaust last week, and was just reading on some problems people have had with the test pipe. Apparently, the angle of the O2 sensor is such that it makes it hang low when adding the spark plug defoulers beneath it. Is this a problem with all Spoon test pipes, and if so, how is this problem solved?
Thanks.

Because I wanted the Spoon exhaust, and the test pipe is included with the exhaust package. I didn't pay extra just to get the test pipe, or I would have gotten one that hadn't caused problems to anyone.

I have the Spoon test pipe, and yes the o2 bong is a bit low. I did not use the spark plug gimmick to fix the CEL. I used an electronic device. The unit has been in the car for near two years now and no problems at all

I'm not sure if these pics will help I did not take them to show the test pipe but, to show the header
