Sport Compact Car: Tuned S2000s. . .
This morining, I finally read the two articles in Sport Compact Car magazine regarding Comptech's SC'd S2000 and Neuspeed's modified S2000. . . I had already read Motor Trend's and Car & Driver's artcles on the Comptech and Mugen S2K respectively. . .
What I found most interesting was that none of the cars, given their extensive modifications (the Mugen & Comptech more than the Nuespeed), were able able to perform the salom faster than stock. . .
My question, other than the Comptech SC and a x-brace, what other modifications, other than aesthetic (i.e. wheels, spoilers, etc.) are provide real world improvements for the dollars. . .

ICEMAN666,
Except for wieght reduction, r compounds and suspension mods...there is not anything else that I know of.
The car is tuned well already...that's why I bought it. I mod it only for aesthetics.
