ok i have a lot of questions regarding after-market springs. here i go...

1) what springs will lower the car as well as add performance.
2) are the h&r race springs bad or what? i've never heard of one person install the things?
3) are the comptech adjustable springs strictly looks or do they have posative function as well?
4) if i do install some kind of aft market spring will the life of my stock shocks shorten?
5) will shock upgrade be required? if so what kind?

i would also appreciate some pics of s2k with various heights with stock rims please... and a description of what brand ect.
