im a newbie when it comes to springs...

im just curious to know if there is anything i need to or should look into when getting my teins installed? someone had suggested getting new dampeners??? im just wondering if, and what others have done...dampeners? alignment needed?

wait a week or two before you get the alignment. you want every to settle in properly.

Be sure to load the suspension before tightening things up. Otherwise the suspension bushings will be preloaded at ride height.

you might as well get new shocks being that its 4-5 years old thy're probably half shot anyway

Yes springs and struts at the same time....

Your (MY) is 2000?, might be ok if you have 5-10000 miles, and if it has 25-80000 miles they are N.G.

and if money is not a prob look into coilovers.... if you want to lower it a little or a lot
and total package performance
