Default Spring Install...need torque settings

Hi, I'm sure this has been discussed but unfortunately, my search function is not working and I've been scouring the posts but to no avail. I am installing Espelir springs today (and I don't have the Helms manual), and was wondering what the torque settings are for the bolts I have to remove and reinstall. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks-
