I just ordered the GF210 springs for my car, the spec says it drops .8 inch all around. The espelirs drop about 1.2-1.5. Both are nice springs but I was just looking to close some of the wheel gap without going too low (chicago roads suck), that's why I went for the GF's. I'm planning on putting them on sometime this week, I'll write up a review.
