THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAD AN AFTERMARKET STEERING WHEEL, SO WHEN I PURCHASED THE CAR THE OEM WHEEL WAS CROOKED, SO I UNSCREWED THE AIRBAG TO GET ACCESS TO THE BOLT TO ADJUST, SO NOW ITS STRAIGHT AND PUT EVERYTHING BACK, THEN MY SRS TURNED ON.... ANYONE KNOW WHY?

did you reset the ECU? take the power off the battery let sit for 15 min and reattach battery and see if it goes away...

I may be wrong but I seem to recall that there is a separate SRS system reset.

Yea, that link should do it. I had the same problem... ECU reset will NOT reset the SRS light. I just used a wire, did not buy that service tool (as all it is is a jumper basically)
