Bad idea. Not sure about your stalling problem, but your radio code depends on your VIN, so one can give it to you but your dealer if you dont have it.

About the stalling I think I would check the Map sensor! If the Map sensor thing does not work then PM Xviper he would have more ideas than me.

Removing ALL power (batt disconnected) will reset the ecu. After a couple of normal starts, the ecu will relearn the conditions needed for optimization, and then all should be good.

Your local dealer can help you with the radio code. You will need to prove it's yours.

Batteries???

Like already said, by removing the battery, you've already reset the ECU. Probably that's why it's having a little brain fart. Don't blip the throttle with no load. This'll only confuse it more and take even longer to learn.

I think if you reset the ECU you are also supposed to perform the "engine idle learn procedure" or somesuch. Shut off the cabin heater/air/fan, start car and let it idle for 5 minutes. When the engine fan comes on do not count this time towards the 5 minutes. Thats just from memory, but it is in the service manual.

I wish it was this simple. There is an idle "diagnostics" procedure but this doesn't make the ECU "learn" anything. It is a complicated series of steps involving the Idle Air Control and Throttle Position Sensor. Both involve holding the idle at an elevated level (and this could generate an EPS code which must be later reset). I'm not going to go into the steps involved because I don't believe this poster has this problem. I believe this is a situation where the ECU just has to have a few driving cycles to learn for itself. By doing the steps and then finding out that there is a system failure, the poster will not be able to resolve the situation at home anyway as it requires either a new throttle body or a new ECU. This is just opening up a can of worms that don't need to be opened right now.
I suggest just give it some time to sort itself out.
