Got some silicone keyfob cases. Ended up going with the right one. It fit tighter and smaller in the hand. From Amazon.

Did the rear axle nut re-torque. Bought new axle nuts, clean and greased face AND threads. Torque to 250 ft lbs. Staked and marked with paint pen.

Tested fitted the center console. Thinking of Plasti-dipping or vinyl wrapping the middle trim pieces.

Looks great! But I'm a little biased. Rio Yellow Pearl 2004, and have the same shift knob / boot / Acuity collar. Love the clean look of the collar vs. the end of the leather boot just hanging out below the shift knob. Keep up the great work!!

Biggest pain and project that I was not looking forward to was painting the front lip. Im pretty convinced there is no aftermarket lip that fits wells. Needed a lot of massaging with the heat gun.

I chose this one because it came with the best hardware. About $65 on eBay.

Easiest way to figure out if a lip is aftermarket -the corners that dont wrap correctly.

There was a lot of test fitting, trial and error, shaving, sanding, heating, etc. Hardware was good but I ended up having to drill some of my holes to make it fit better.

Got some touchup paint from online. The Spa Yellow from an Acura NSX was actually cheaper than the S2000.

After sanding the whole surface and using Sprayway glass cleaner and a tack cloth, I used adhesion promoter and a can of primer.

Hard part was color matching. I ended up using almost 2 cans of base. about 0.5 can of mid coat and a can of 2K clear. Use a respirator.

Its important to frequently compare the color before sealing it with clear. Yellow tends to fade and I dont think I would ever get a 100% with rattle cans.

Since I had a splitter I wanted to use with the lip I ended up buying Auveco Body Bolt 22906 from Autozone. They're longer and allowed me to use the existing mounting points.

Here is the lip fitted with Honda OEM weather seal, front splitter. After 2K clear, had to wet sand and polish/buff.
