status of A-pillar gauge pods...
Thank you all for your patience!
The pods are finally being setup for the production run at the plastic shop this week. I hope to have a couple at the Speedventure's event on Thursday and Friday. If not, we will have pictures on the website the following week.
The gauge pods will be offered in two varities: $69.95 for non-painted and $74.95 painted with high quality DuPont paint to match the interior color trim. The unit is a full length replacement for the A-pillar and is offered with two pods. They are available with 2 1/16" SAE holes or 60mm metric holes. As a special order, they are available uncut for special gauges (ie. 52mm Defi Link gauges). Installed, the pod looks like it came from the factory. The finish is exact. I have seen several gauge pods available for other cars including one for RHD S2000. I can say with confidence that this is the best quality and best looking pillar pod available.
Best regards,

Chris,
Can you give me some details on getting something "injection molded". Previous projects I have investigated stopped at the $5000 for a mold. How do you make the mold? Can you do this on a minimal production run? Some cost guidelines would be great.
Thanks
Lew
This is an injection molded
