How do I removed the A-pillars? I just wanted to hear from someone who has done it already so I can avoid doing something wrong and damaging my stock A-pillar. I assume it just snaps in/out -- or am I missing some hidden screw somewhere?

FYI, I am investigating putting a tweeter down at the bottom of the A-pillar (like someone else did here) but since the Search function is still MIA I thought I'd just post here.
