I considered what DJ Cube did but was concerned with the stability of the mounting bracket if only supported at the 2 bolt points. As well, the decreased thread base on the struts. I would have prefered a metal gasket-type base. Glad it worked for you guys but unfortunately not for me. The Spoon STB is the nicest I've seen and would love one on my car.

i'm looking at the pic with your spoon stb on but i'm not understanding where you put the washers? 1a race how does yours fit so perfect but other people have problems? thanks everyone

The washers go underneath the black base plates of the spoon STB. They raise the base plates, which raises the bar itself.

OMP makes one that fits the best. I have a MUZ also and have to sell it for that reason.
