If you paid by paypal, you can file a claim to get your money back.

If he has sent it - he should be able to supply a shipment tracking number.

File a claim with Paypal, NOW! There is a time limit to when you can file a claim with them. I'm nearly sure you're still well within that period, but get it done now so the process starts!

Paypal is pretty good about recovering money, even when they shouldn't be recovering someones money

, I used to sell a lot on ebay and do a decent amount of business with PayPal, and they screwed me TWICE as a seller. I sent out the customer's merchandise the same day as I received their payment just as I always did and then I don't hear back from the buyer. So I figure no big deal, they got their merchandise. The buyer never contacts me, and about a month later I get an email from paypal saying that they were investigating one of my payments that I received from this customer. It turns out that the customer filed a claim with paypal saying that they never got the merchandise and they refund the payment back to the buyer so I was out of both the merchandise as well as the payment over a lying customer. The icing on the cake was that I even supplied paypal with the tracking #'s both times that this happened to me. To make a long story short, this is what the class action lawsuit was brought up against paypal for. It was great how that lawsuit earned me less than 8.00, but paypal screwed me out of a few hundred.
