Default Stock 06 dyno

I was at my buddies shop today and we were bored (I guess I was bored, I am sure he had stuff to do ), so we decided to throw my car on the dyno. It is a Mustang Dyno, so not the most friendly. I was using Eneos 5w-40 and a K&N filter.

The verdict after three pulls was 211whp/148trq. All and all I am pretty impressed with the #s. Even more impressive is that a friend also owns an AP2 (also Eneos 5w-40 and a K&N) and had it put on the same dyno a while back and it made the exact same #s, you could lay the curves over each other. Just shows how consistent Honda is

not bad at all. what were the temps?

NOTE: the actual engines are not made by Honda. They were contracted out to a little company called vauxhall.

I am really not sure of any specific details we were sort of just messing around. I can get the dyno on Monday and post it up.

We did notice that the Eneos only gets better as it gets hotter my dynos were 209, 210, 211. We have seen this every single time with this oil. Also a reflash would be HUGE on this car it would fill in so much power between 4k and 6k it is insane, plus I think the car would have 3-5 more whp if you bumped the rev limiter a bit.

Ive noticed this effect too however I doubt its the specific type of oil doing anything special. I think its more so all the components coming into operating temp (diff, tranny, engine, etc)
