guess I should have been more specific. Just the drop in filter, so pretty much bone stock.

That's what an Evo IX puts down, around 235-240. I personally think STi's are slightly overrated at the crank while Evo IX's are slightly underrated due to the bigger compressor housing/hotside + MIVEC.
