Default Storing the S2000

Just wondering if there is anything else I should know or do, other than what's in the owner's manual. I am storing the car for about 5 months.

I don't know if this is in the FAQ already, but I would hook up a Battery Tender/Minder. It can remain hooked up, is small and will not fry the battery (some trickle chargers can, you need to disconnect some periodically). Here is a website where I purchased mine. It is on sale in December for $36.

"Battery Tender/Minder" = GOOD!

"this has been covered alot" - yes it has.

My dealer said to follow what is says in the instruction manual and disconnect the battery. I used to do that with my CRX Si. But I also have a nice BMW battery tender that plugs into the cigarette lighter that I used last year. I wonder if that would work in my S if I decided to use it??
