Go with the strakes. I've had mine for almost two years and no problems. They really make the care look better than it already does.

if you don't have the front lip or rear spoiler yet, save your money and get the front lip spoiler first.

Nice buff job, geminiS2. That black paint is gleaming!

I don't think you need them. I think they are too much of a good thing (less is more on this car) and I know three people who personally removed them. They like to fly off. Do a search for more info.

The only time I've had issues with the strakes is when I took my car off-roading one day in a rain storm. The other thing is you can forget about keeping the rock chips from damaging the finish on the strakes. They're in a bad spot for that.

Other than that - no "popping off" issues here. I'd do it again if I bought a new one.

I think the only side strakes worth getting are the Air Walker ones. With either an OEM lip or some other lip, these finish off the look of the car without making it look all bloated or jacked up like some other kits out there.
Here is a picture of a guy in Europe. He's got the OEM lip along with the Air Walker side strakes.

i don't think the side strakes look bad, but I opted not to go with them as others have. I think, save the duckets for something else. Although it's a nice touch, I don't think it makes as much of a difference as the front or rear spoilers...good luck with your decision...

Comptech completes the look if you have the OEM front lip.... The OEM sides just look too tacked on.
