You can't hurt this car, that's what the rev limiter is there for, to prevent you from damaging the engine when it is cold. We have two rev limiters in the car, one for when the engine is cold, and the other for not over-revving your engine (above 9K RPM). Be careful when you downshift though, the rev limiter cannot halp you if you over-rev when you downshift.

Wait a couple of minutes after 3 bars. The oil takes longer to come to operating temps than water/coolant mixture. This has been verifed by people who have installed oil temp gauges.
