Default Strut Bar: Worth it?

If so, which ones are the best? ARC, Cusco, Js, Spoon, Ebay?

I have one but I got it for like $20 bucks, it's a Megan Racing (Cusco design). Otherwise I'd say no for now.

Only for looks and to lean on when you work on the engine (so you don't dent the fenders).

it would have nothing to do with body roll. thats controlled by your springs, shocks, and sway bars.

I'm no expert, but I think they do nothing, or close to nothing. If you look at your engine bay you will see a huge crossmember that goes across the middle of your engine bay, do you think that the strut bar is really stiffening things up when you have that? That's just the way I look at it.

well im sure if asm uses it.. it must do something

if anything, i would say the car would feel more planted during a turn, especially if there are any little humps/bumps/pits in the road.

sound about right?

I personally can tell their was a slight difference, And I mean slight but thats me. I usually test my car and settings on the mountains. I fortunately live near some awesome mountain courses. My friend tracks his car ALOT. He has a strut bar w/ cross section but he doesn't use it. I think his sponsors gave it to him.
Don't know why, I guess I should ask him.
