Default Strut Tower Bars

I'm leaning towards the Cusco Strut Bar from Evasive right now, not the carbon fiber, just the regular one. I don't think the really expensive ones could be that much better than any other one.

What is everyone else running? Why do you run that particular bar?

I dont run any... Personally, I dont think they do anything except add weight...

That huge bar between the two struts in the engine bay probably does all the bracing you need

I don't even find the STB's that convienient to rest an elbow on. They just get in the way.

Try running a search. Most people argue tower bars don't do much.

If anything, the X-brace or T1R's bar would be more functional. The S doesn't seem to benefit much from a conventional front tower bar if you look at the frame around the front

Which one looks best to you? That's pretty much all it is good for, so you might as well choose on that basis.

Strut bars don't really seem to do much on the S. But I had a Neuspeed strut bar on my 97 Prelude and I noticed a big difference. But I do have the Cusco on my S2k.
