Default stupid honda-accessories.com

just received my wiper blade refills from honda-accessories.com. very disappointed with their service. i tried them twice and they managed to screw up both times. the first time they sent me a jet black touch up paint instead of the spring silver i ordered. this time they sent me the wrong wiper blade refill. they sent me 76622-s30-003 instead of 76622-s30-G01, needless to say, the incorrect one is far from being a perfect fit. i am not goint to bother sending the stuff back, it's not worth my time to deal with an incompetent company for a mere three bucks.

i also ordered brake pads from them, would someone please help me out and double check for me i've got the right front pads?? parts numver

thanx a lot. their prices are good, but i cant say the same thing about their services. hope most of you didnt and wont have the same troubles i had experienced.

I don't understand why you didn't just order them from a dealer.

Big spender!

Just kidding! I've spent a small bundle with handa-accessories.com and I've never had an issue.

Mistakes happen, unfortuantely two times for you but you might want to give them another chance. Third times a charm!

Seriously, send them an email and I'm sure they'll offer you a discount on your next order for the troubles.

Afterall, they are not sending you the wrong items on purpose. Shit happens.

Try Jeff at Ganley Honda. He is a sponsor and I'm sure you won't be disappointed with his prices or his service. He's the best.

I guess every business can have a bad day or two.

I ordered from handa-accessories.com a Honda hardtop dolly and cover. They came fast, perfect, and signficantly cheaper than I could get them through my local dealer. I'd definitely deal with them again.

I'm surprised at this as well. I've ordered numerous items from them and never had a problem. In fact, I had trouble installing a Honda factory alarm system on my '01 Odyssey minivan which was totally my fault and they bent over backwards helping me figure out what I was doing wrong.

Even the best of companies will make mistakes sometimes. Give them a call or email, I'm sure they'll make very effort to correct the mistakes if you give them a chance.

Steve R.

I did an $80 order with handa-accessories. They left out the 5 oil filters I ordered, so I shot them an email and they sent them to me.
