Default stupid question

what size torque wrench would I needing most if I did maintenance in my s2k. the 1/2, 3/8 or the 1/4? basically i would be doing tune ups, fluid changes etc....

3/8 is perfect because ur not gonna be torqing more than 100 ft lbs.

i use a 1/2" torque wrench. nothing on this car it can't handle.

+1 for 3/8

You can pretty much take apart and build a Honda with a handful of metric sockets and a 3/8 drive ratchet.

My old torque wrench was 1/2 and I spent more time looking for an adapter than I would actually using the tool.

3/8 torque wrench, 17mm socket for oil drain and tranny drain, 23, 24mm for diff drain and fill.

3/8 would be great. only rarely do you have to go above 100ft-lb. like rear axel nut. the only reason why i have a 1/2 is because this was the only size that came in ft-lb and the othe one was 3.8 but it was in in-lbs. which was the max on 57 or 47 ft-lbs.

Also, regardless of which wrench you end up with, try to get 6 point sockets. I once ended up rounding off an overtightened oil drain bolt with a 12 point socket + breaker bar.
