for 850 you get the T1R 70mm exhaust supposedly giving ~15 wheel horses. That is very good, and what I'll probably be getting soon. www.aj-racing.com

intakes will give you nothing basically. the money to power ratio is a total waste if you're on that tight of a budget.

Get one of the 100 dollar MAX SPEED aem rip offs from ebay (many users here like them a lot) and get that exhaust and you'll be set.

Gears will make it the fastest for the money...
But I would go with a used intake, used test pipe, used exhaust, and save for a used VAFC!
The FS section here has done my tight budget wonders!

Look at the AUT cold air induction and radiator cooling plate topic under "Sponsored group buys" on this board. It is a carbon fiber replacement for the stock radiator baffle that includes a cool air intake to the the stock air box. 170 bucks. Read the comments, Lots of us like it. In the next day or so, Gary (the seller) will post some pics of some additional mods I made using the stock air box and this product to get more CAI and a bit of ram air too. All for an additional 30 bucks or so at the hardware store. With this mod, I can start out in 1st at 1.5Krpm and go zipping ahead of all traffic when it is 100 degrees outside. The added acceleration in the 3K to 6K range is outstanding. I've driven many s2ks with modded air intakes, and like this rig best by far.Unless you want intake noise, as this rig has none. If Gary does not post the pics and description of these mods, just email me at richhruth@aol.com, and I'll send them to you. And you'll have the "go" and about 400 bucks left for beer!

Thanks,
Richard
