Default suggestions for broken bleeder bolt stud :(

the bleeder bolt hole on the intake manifold has broken. half of it is clear off. i will take pictures later.

the previous owner put a temp sensor in there (oh lord) and it wasnt even the correct thread pitch (OH LORD). after cleaning the threads with a tap and installing the correct bleeder bolt, the thing snapped.

I really dont want to buy a new manifold - cost and time are not available right not. curious if anyone has fallen in the same boat or has any ideas. heres what i got:

-weld the broken piece back on (if my welder can get in there that is)
-plug it and install a valve on the coolant line right there
-somehow permanently thread the bleeder in in the open position and then cap the top of it like the rear bleeder on the firewall...

any of those ideas sound feasible? all three seem to have restrictions...

Get a reverse threaded "EZ out." Also called a bolt extractor.
