Maybe som other people can add more info.

3. Yes will void Honda warranty, unless you find a Honda dealer that will install it for you and provide a warranty. Comptech kits fitted by an authorised dealer come with their own warranty I believe. Naturally trying to get warranty on other components such as drivetrain, probably won't be covered as they are not designed to take that amount of power (or thats the excuse the dealer will use at least).

5. Always disclose it to your insurance company. Some will not let you insure a car with mods such as that, other may only charge a little bit more. If you have to claim and they find a S/C on there, they may not pay out anything at all.

maybe the engine and tranny can take the power, but the diff cannot. comptech makes a diff reenforcement kit.

Steven, thanks, do you mean the 'competition reinforced differential housing' Comptech shows on their site for appx $469?
I have also heard people talk of a 'cryogenic rear-end' - is that the same thing?
Would it be ok to just wait and see if the differential wears out then do something about it?

I spoke with Shane at AutoWave, he confirmed what I have been hearing here on the site. Transmission, clutch, diff should all be fine SC'd, provided you drive reasonably and are not regularly dropping the clutch. Thanks for all your help.
