FYI: I spoke to my insurance company - Unitrin. They can provide additional coverage limits for upgraded stereo equipment only.
They provide no coverage for aftermkt performance equipment like SC, wheels, etc, so if the car is stolen or stripped or totalled, you are probably SOL on the mod's ... they would likely put you back to stock or pay you out at depreciated book. You may try to claim for the mod's but it's up to the adjuster. I am thinking about Lojack as a way to give me some comfort on this risk - what do you think. Has anyone have different experience with their insurance co?
As long as the car is street legal & safe, they say the addition of SC would not affect negatively impact your insurance coverage.

Maybe som other people can add more info.
3. Yes will void Honda warranty, unless you find a Honda dealer that will install it for you and provide a warranty. Comptech kits fitted by an authorised dealer come with their own warranty I believe. Naturally trying to get warranty on other components such as drivetrain, probably won't be covered as they are not designed to take that amount of power (or thats the excuse the dealer will use at least).
5. Always disclose it to your insurance company. Some will not let you insure a car with mods such as that, other may only charge a little bit more. If you have to claim and they find a S/C on there, they may not pay out anything at all.

Some insurance companies will allow to obtain something called a 'Policy Rider' and you will pay additional monies for this policy. I'm not an insurance guy, so feel free to discuss with some one more knowledgable on the subject.
On a related note, my STOCK clutch and STOCK differential have survived around 30 track days.
Additionally, I performed 500-700 launches at Autox events before I had to replace both inboard CV joints. Again, the differential is still fine. After replacing the CV's I've since ceased participation in Autox events.
Your results may vary.
