I wish the CR sits a bit lower

Otherwise, everything else is hard to say. Every track's different and require different settings. Obviously coilovers give you more adjustability. But for me, I would be happy with CR if it sits 1/2 inch lower

The CR's rear suspension (shock/spring combo) is actually quite a bit softer compared to the front suspension (and other aftermarket setups). I would imagine that it would be a bit more easier to drive and have more grip under imperfect road conditions?

you will lose ride quality with the CR suspension. best way to describe it is that it makes an AP2 fell like an early AP1. it's a great upgrade but understand that it gets bouncy during road undulations.

i recommend it if you know what you're getting into, If you think it's going to be better without sacrifice, forget about it....

I thought my old civic slammed to the ground was stiff up untill i test drove the CR. This thing gets bumpy.

CR is around 7k in the front, and around 4.5k (give or take some). Where as aftermarket coilovers typicall run well over 9kg/mm in spring rates.

The more "intense" aftermarket ones (Buddy Club, Tein RAs, Bilsteins PSS9?, etc)run more than 375 ft-lb ... (and a much stiffer rear). Check out A&J's car (Front 16K, rear 14K). KW V3s run about 9k if I remember correctly.

Anyway, here is a conversion table from ft-lb to kg/mm:
