Default Swapped Seat Cusions

After a little over two years of driving to work every day in the S2000 the left side bottom bolster of the seat cushion was showing a little disformity and slight wear. (I am 6'4", 210 lbs.) I was looking at the cushions last week end and decided I could change them. Unbolt the seats, unbolt the bottom cushions from the frame, unhook the wire holders and a new drivers side seat cushion that should match the other exactly in about two years. This little operation took about 45 minutes. Be sure to put the top down as the seats come out much easier this way. I also got paid for this job as I found some loose change under the seats and in the seat tracks.

I am a big chap and have found the bolsters to start creasing (and I treat the leather ).
I may have to do this in a couple of years.

Note, however, that the cushions are not semetrical. Each one has a special pocket for the outboard wire rod thigh support. You can force the wrong side cushion on over the support, but it will not fit as designed.
