Syphoning gas... How to?

Default Syphoning gas... How to?

I read on another thread that someone should syphon old gas out of the tank. What is the best way to go about this? Is there somthing you can buy?

Lowes and Home Depot or any major hardware store should carry a manual siphon pump. You just hook it on your hose and pump the balloon until your gas starts to siphon.

1) Suck until you see gas. Cover the end of the hose. Put covered end in a drain bucket below the gas tank.

2) Put one end of hose in tank and the other in a drain bucket. Use compressed air pressurize the gas and it should flow out

all of the new car have a guard at the neck of the gas tank to prevent syphoning. I have tried it on a couble of newer cars (legally) and it doesn't work.

not all cars, dont know about the S but my dad and I had to syphon gas from his truck.

i was told the S2000 has anti syphon device in the fuel neck.least thats what i was told.
