Default T1R 70mm exhaust

Considering the purchase of the T1R, I've been reading the forum, some people have mentioned it, but it doesnt seem to popular. Anyways, the web site says it can be used with FI, and thats what interests me. Anyone running this exhaust, or any comments?? Thanks.

Not too many people have it because it is pretty new. Its only been out for about a month or so. It has A LOT of gains and will be great for FI. 70mm exhaust will give you a few more ponies for FI and/or NA.

Ryan, thanks for your reply. Your posts, others Ive read in the past have always been intelligent and informative. You have the sparrow, right? I wanted a single exhaust, but do you think it will be to loud? Will it "drone" at normal highway speeds? This is my daily driver.. thanks.

Thank you for the compliment Erick. I do have the Sparrow, but havent installed it yet. It looks awesome though. Im very anxious to install it, but Im getting my car ready for a big show and I want everything to be brand new on the car when the show comes. A single is louder than dual in most cases. The t1r is somewhat loud, but I think it sounds good. The louder the better for me, but I just dont like the look of a single on the rear bumper I will be running. If you want performance, get single. I dont think the t1r 70mm drones as much as say an Invidia. You can expect some drone with pretty much any exhaust. I do know that t1r makes a good product.

Ben helps me out a lot with everything. Being paid would be nice. Shit Im on here the whole day at work, so if i got paid even $5 an hour from AJ-R, I would be stoked. I try to promote good products and especially great service.

Call AJ-R to find that out. I believe it is around the 60 or 62mm range.

I have the TR1 70mm and it is definitely louder, but not crazy loud. It's not bad at all when you're on the highway with the cruise control down. I'm also running the J's header and the test pipe.
