Exclamation T1R Test pipe reactions.

I have another thread on install Qs but htis one is for the aftermath...

With the TR1 Sparrowexhaust with the new TP, the little drone there was is down significantly with top up, im sure top down barely any since it was like that before also. (cant put top down since I got glass install yesterday and the new glass top has to stretch)

Def more power......I can feel it just hitting the gas and getitng pushed back meven more.

Didnt notice it get louder but now at VTEC it seriosuly screams like an F1 car....whoa....you still get low deep tone also.

Craziest thing is............I'm at 6 PSI of boost now. I was at 5.5 but after test pipe I'm at 6 on my gauge.

I was also thinking thios could be it also but the belt was very tight already. I got the SC belt tighted today but the mechanic told me he didnt really spend much time to tighten as even after 500 miles its still really tight. The newer comptechs stay pretty tight from the dealer.

Even so stock is supposed to be at 5.5 and Iw as at 5.5 the day after install and belt very tight and now with the testpipe at 6PSI

def an awesome mod!

note: I have a my00 and ran very rich stock. I also have on mods: Ricks Header, TR1 Dual sparrow, 4.57 gears comptech diff. comptech CAI with SC and AC. Maybe all the clear air flow helped the boost?

I know when I previosuly had a Twin Turbo. Just bolting on an aftermarket exhaust raised theboost .5 also.

yea man i'd love to hear that. i've been reading your posts about your new SC+AC and it sounds amazing. I rode in goldenfri's AP1 with Comptech SC and Invidia and he couldn't floor it to redline without hitting the limiter because it accelerated so fast in VTEC. did you have to have anything else installed besides what came in the SC+AC kit, or is it basically ready to go?

nope its pretty much bolt on Yeh Revs come on sooooooooooo fast whoa espically isnce I have 4.57s also but the SC just hits oyu hard and fast!

time to take some shifting classes guys....turbo revs even faster cause 8psi is there from 3500rpm, I have 4.57 gears and do not hit any rev limiters...
