wouldn't a reduction in backpressure show a reduction on a boost gauge if anything from a supercharger? Pretty sure it was the belt tightening that rasied the boost, the test pipe adding it makes 0 sense.

Glad you like it though, does it stink?

Does'nt know if it stinks;he's sooo fast,the bad smell stays behind...

Not with a supercharger since it is driven off the engine pullies not the exhaust gases. When I installed my TP I noticed my car reved a little bit quicker so maybe that accounts for the .5 PSI. Not sure


And it doesn't stink...it smells like gasoline not rotten eggs like everyone says.

yeh it doesnt stink when your driving or just idling. Only in the garage it does like an enclosed space or maybe from behind when Im at WOT?

So if there is a smell wont the guys at emisssions realize this? We only have OBD2 testing here

it actuially scared me at first but the sound is actually cool. No it doesn;t hurt you at all, and with Xviper it is very common with FI cars. I hear them on 10-12 second cars all the time. I even read posts that n/a cars get them to.

Anyways I only get if i rev to 9k and jsut let go off gas and d ont shift which is very rare. I was watching my boost gaguge creep to 6psi and had to really hold 9k and not shift, as when you get SC you hit redline FAST form 6k!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

luv this car

if you have sparrow dual def get the t1r testpipe to!!!!! droning is cut back huge, but there wasnt that much to begin with anyway
