I ordered something from them over a week ago with the understanding that I would find out details abou the shipping when I ordered, but I have not recieved any word about what the shipping cost was gonna be(only an estimate) or when I should be expecting to get the item! Ive written with 3 or 4 times about it, and they only answered my question about the shipping cost of another item I was thinking about getting, when clearly I really wanted to know about the item I already ordered.

I hate complaining but Im trying to schedule time at the body/paint shop so that I can get everything done at once(since its what I drive everyday).

Anybody know the deal with them being so complicated and clearly just not answering my questions. You would think they would be more helpful since I was showing interest in buying something else.

 

I wonder as well...I emailed them a couple days ago asking about a special order possibility, and pricing...I've gotten nothing back from them. If they want my business they are going to need to reply

Did you pm AHHVTEC? He's always busy, but usually answers pretty quickly. Spugen always comes through. They're the only ones that ever work on my car.

Ive been doing everything through the site and emailing PARKTELECOM like it said to do on the site and on the order confirmation, but I'll definately give him a try.

whatever happened to Spugen? They were a big fad for awhile
