Yes we respond to this because many people sent us pms or have even called to give us a headsup. Those people are our customers, our friends...

Did you not read the posts above that we DO respond to people's needs? (For that I thank you guys.) Can't please everyone I guess. There are bound to be a few out of thousands...

I've talked to them, thanks for your responses, I wasnt trying to stir up anything. People get nervous when they spend a lot of money, and especially when they make a purchase and dont hear anything back for a week or so, like I did. I was not aware that Duc and Greg were even on S2ki, until I started this topic after not getting any word back for a week. There is no mention of that on their website, and Im not going to search this site to find out if there is anyone on here that works there. All is good for now, because I have gotten in touch with them.

Greg and Duc,
A person should not have to start a topic in order to get in touch with the people they bought something from. There is no other contact information on the site, telephone # or (AHHVTEC or WebEstore@s2ki) on the teamspugen site. Since, Id have to believe that there is some kind of problem with the only way to get in touch you guys, maybe you should put the telephone # on the Contact Us portion of your site and/or a mention of you guys. If your worried about constant calls, then at least put the information on the order confirmation, so that the people who HAVE done business could have the comfort of being able to get in touch with you guys with any kind of questions, worries, and ect...

THanks but we do have 3 phone numbers on the site. However I think that portion of the link was down and Greg's email was not working properly. He did say that he responded to all emails. When in doubt please feel free to pm me. Also, your wing is good in stock and we are waiting for delivery tomorrow. Once we have it we will package it up and send it out to you asap.

That makes more sense, because that wasnt showing up when I was looking for it...I dont have any idea why it wouldnt, but its good to see that everyting is working better. Cant wait for Wing-appreciate your help,
