Exactamundo!

I knew that once I posted the pics of my "exclusive" S2000 mufflers, they won't be "exclusive" for very long!

Glad you guys like them. Just wait until you see them on the car!

-Pete

PS- I meant to say that I couldn't find the pricing info.

I bet he never saw the amuse dual in person yet

Sure he has! We were even talking about it yesterday.

There are several in the area. I've seen SaintS2K's dual Amuse myself, in person.

Don't get me wrong, IMO, the dual Amuse is a beautiful pipe. It was also my only choice, before I found these mufflers.

The extra blueing in the front edge of my mufflers is not found on any other setup, and makes a big difference, visually. Also, these mufflers are very short (the can itself is only 12 inches, without the tip and flange) and when mounted, the proportions just look great under the car!

I doubt that my dual system will match the Amuse dual, in terms of power, since I chose to retain the OEM resonator (to keep the sound down). It will be difficult to measure, as well, because I didn't dyno the car before putting on the new mufflers. I do want to dyno the car with, and without the silencers installed, so that I can see how much the silencers reduce the power. I've heard rumors that the power loss may be significant on systems that use silencers.

My plan was to leave the silencers in, for now, but everyone at Spugen wanted to hear it scream, so I pulled them out. It's loud, but not as loud as may pipes available for our car, so I'm seeing if I can tolerate it. There are also a few things I am going to try, to drop the sound level slightly.

When I was driving home yesterday, there was an obvious difference in the reactions of people, to my car. I'm used to getting looks like , but yesterday most of the looks were like this.

I just have a bad feeling that the police will also have the new response to my car!

Pete,

Sweet. The tinged muffler is outstanding.

Pete, those look great! Can't wait to see further pics. As for the police, you might actually be ok. I bought my car used with a titanium Top Fuel system on it. It's LOUD. I was figuring on having problems with the men in blue, but so far, no problems at all (knock on wood!!!). Granted, I try not to rev too hard in front of them, but...

I love the Ti exhausts! I just can't understand why these exhausts have to come with grapefruit size tips.
