Tein Flex ...i like it
I finally had the opportunity to try out my new Tein Flex at the local autox. I had several run tokens left over from previous events so on test and tune day I grabbed them all and headed for the track.
We had tentatively determined in a local parking lot what settings to start with, 3 front and 5 rear. I tried it several different ways, these seemed about right for the conditions. It made a big difference in harnessing the power of my sc in the corners. The car handled like a dream, I locked them all the way down once and looked like a drift king on a couple corners but the car ran totally true no skitter nothing.
This was a big improvement in handling, I'm suprised how much it changed the handling as I've always liked the stock suspension but this is much more controlable.
When I had it installed, we did 3/8th drop, equalized both sides with me in the car and did a full alignment. I run stock wheels.
THumps up for Tein
