Penfed will do 1.49% on any used car if you have half decent credit, for 60 months. I use them and highly recommend them!

03' AP1's are for some reason going for pretty crazy prices lately.
hmmmmm wonder why ...o yeh 9k all the way , nobody does it better than an Ap1 , an 03 being the last yr made in USA it doesn't surprise me one bit ...in time they will become the most sought after s2k ever built imo ...although I may be a bit bias
i have to admit that i really liked the feel of the ap1 when i drove it! the dealer guy let me rev it to 9k on a straight and i have to say i loved every second of it! i will definitely be picking one up in the future!

You'll never be sorry ...I've Had mine almost 9yrs and love it as much if not more then the day I bought it , thats something you'll hear often here ...and it not cause we work for Honda

kudos to you sir!

I say if you found one you love, go for it! There aren't many clean, low mile S2000's out there. I jumped on the first one I found and don't regret it one bit. It's been 9 months. I'll search occasionally to see what i would have found had i waited...still haven't seen a similar car out there.

That AP1 price is insane. I got my untouched and unmolested 2 owner '03 gpw/tan for 12k private party 2 years ago with 70k miles. Now at 92k, and honestly I would ask more than I bought it for because of all the maintenance and detailing I've done. But 20k is nuts for an ap1.

so far its been a roller coaster ride with the stealership... their price was at 23,995 plus fees was about 26k OTD... i think we all know thats bull so we talked them down. now theyre playing phone tag with me and trying to sell the car for 23,240 otd. my offer is at 22.5k (which i think is a very fair offer) and they still wont accept my offer. they claim the car recently went to the body shop for $800 worth of work and blah blah blah blah... not to mention they cheaped out on the front tires with some all season Nexens and missing the tonneau cover for the top. i know theyre playing hard to get but come on... any person with common sense wouldnt lose a sale over 500-700 dollars! what do you all say?

What's the kbb and edmunds tmv on it?

To me, paint work would be a deduction in value unless done absolutely perfectly.

Do the tires match f and r? Correct stagger sizes?

theyre selling it for +$40 above blue book value so 23,955. the deductions i put on it were caused by cheap replacement tires (although the are correct 215/45/17 iirc), scratches and swirl marks on the body, lack of the tonneau cover for the top, and curb rashed wheels all around. not to mention the rear tires are the same O.E. spec Bridgestone RE050's that came with the car when first bought by the original owner. who knows how much tread is left (i would assume they have a bit of tread left if they didnt change them out)?
