test pipe does the size matter

my bad if this is a repost. so i been looking around for a test pipe to buy, but just don't know what size to buy. theirs 60mm to 70mm. does it matter?

i would say depends, obviously 60mm would be more restrictive. if u have intentions on keeping it basically bolt ons. then i say get the 60mm, but if u have big plans for it, i would get 70mm but thats me..
